Prints sold seperately Our Policies (Published January 2012) CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY: A 25% non-refundable deposit is due with booking, time is not firm until deposit is made. Balance of photo shoot price will be processed on the day before the photo shoot for client to sign credit card slip and if paying cash to provide monies due upon arrival to the location before the shoot. If client do not show up or cancel on the same day of the shoot, there can be no refund, as we cannot fill the space with another customer. All cancelations need to be made in writing to info@photographed.ky and we will reply with a confirmation. If the guests wish to pay cash, that is OK, and we will refund the credit card after the photo shoot accordingly. Photoshoots will not commence until full payment has been made. CREDIT CARD POLICY AGREEMENT: By providing your credit card you have accepted the credit card charges as per our agreement and with our cancellation/weather policies. WEATHER POLICY: Photo shoots may be canceled or postponed, at no cost to client if bad weather. |
